Sometimes. Email help@casahush.com with your order number and the date you need it by. Rush production usually adds $20 for a 1–2 day production turnaround, plus express shipping. We can't rush during her vacation weeks (announced in advance on the site).

Yes. Reply to the order confirmation email within 48 hours with what you'd like changed. Mei hasn't cut yet, so changes are free. After 48 hours, we may already have cut, at that point a change means a new piece, charged separately.

We send a £5 swatch card on request. Six small squares, one of each material we use. Email us. Posted to UK addresses for free; £8 international.

UK & EU: 2–5 days. US: 5–7 days. Canada and Australia: 7–10. Rest of world: 7–14. Production time is on top of that, total wait from order to arrival is typically 8–14 days.

EU customers pay no customs (we ship from London, EU has post-Brexit thresholds we stay under for most orders). US customers pay no duties under the $800 de minimis rule. Australia and rest of world: duties may apply at the import country's discretion. We can't predict or pre-pay these, they're calculated by your customs authority.

Yes, $8. Linen drawstring pouch (offcuts from our atelier) + hand-written card. Select "Gift wrap" at checkout, then reply to your order email with the recipient's name and any short message. The Ritual Set includes gift packaging at no extra charge.

30 nights. Sleep on it, wear it, wash it once. If it isn't right, send it back. UK return shipping is on us. International customers pay the return, typically $15–30 depending on country.

Yes, that's the point. We don't sell pieces you can't try. Return them washed and in reasonable condition. We refund or exchange.

Within 5 business days of us receiving the return at our Covent Garden workshop. Refund goes back to your original payment method.

Silk is a fiber. Satin is a weave. You can have polyester satin (most "luxury" sleep masks) or silk satin (high-end). We use duchess satin (heavyweight polyester satin) for the masks and mulberry silk (the actual fiber) for the pillowcase. More on the comparison →

Momme is the unit silk gets weighed in. The luxury standard is 19. Slip is 19. Lunya is 19. Brooklinen is 19. We use 22, denser, drapes heavier, lasts longer. The jump from 19 to 22 is the single biggest perceivable difference in how silk feels.

Heavyweight polyester satin, woven dense. Heavier than the polyester satin in most sleep masks (which sits at 70–90 gsm). Ours runs 140 gsm. Machine washable. Costs less than silk. Lasts longer in our experience.

The cotton voile (Kimono) is GOTS-certified organic. The terry (Robe), percale (Duvet, Sheets, Bolster), and herringbone (Throw) are conventionally grown but OEKO-TEX certified, meaning tested for harmful substances. We don't currently use organic cotton for the bedding because the supply isn't reliable enough for our small order quantities.

Yes, cold delicate cycle with a mesh bag and mild detergent. Hand wash is gentler if you have the time. Never tumble dry, heat permanently breaks down silk protein. Full care guide →

Mild and additive-free. Eucalan Delicate Wash works for everything. Tide Free & Gentle works for cotton. Avoid anything with optical brighteners (which say "brilliant whites" or similar), they coat fibers and weaken them over wash cycles. Never use fabric softener with terry or percale.

Heat ruins silk and elastic. Chlorine bleach ruins everything. Fabric softener ruins terry's absorption and percale's crispness. Direct sun fades dye. Cat claws and zips are the unexpected ones. Full list →

One size, 22×8.5 cm. Adjustable elastic strap, 18–24 inch range. Fits most adult head sizes. We've had two returns out of ~3,000 mask sales for size, both were children's faces. For kids' sleep masks, look elsewhere.

Generously. S fits UK 6–10, M fits UK 10–14, L fits UK 14–20 (Robe goes up to 20, Kimono stops at 18). Dropped shoulders by 4–5 cm. If you're between two, go with your usual size, the cut isn't fitted.

17-inch deep pocket with all-around elastic. Fits standard mattresses (8–11 inches) plus heavy toppers (up to 6 inches). If your mattress is over 17 inches total height, ours doesn't fit. More on the sheet set →

No, and we don't claim to be. We offset shipping emissions through Klima (Stripe Climate's verified carbon removal partner), that's the only carbon claim we make. Reducing emissions is more meaningful than offsetting, so we focus on local production (no overseas shipping for fabric), made-to-order (no overproduction waste), and slow growth (4,800 units in 28 months is small on purpose).

Recycled kraft outer box. Cotton dust bag (reusable) inside. No plastic in standard packaging. The Ritual Set includes a linen pouch made from atelier offcuts, same material as our care cards. We don't include thank-you cards or extra promotional inserts because they end up in recycling.

No. We've thought about it. The pieces last long enough that a subscription doesn't make sense, a silk pillowcase replaced every 3 months is wasteful, not luxurious.

Limited. We work with a few small UK hotels and one stylist for production designers. Email help@casahush.com with your business name and what you're looking for. Mei makes everything; volume is constrained by hours in the day.

Nowhere. Direct only, through this site. We've turned down Amazon, Nordstrom, and Net-a-Porter. Direct lets us pay Mei properly and refund without question. Retail margin would make both impossible.

Maybe. We test three new colors each spring and autumn. Two usually don't make the cut. If you want a color we don't carry, email us, Mei can occasionally cut a one-off in a custom shade for a 20% upcharge on materials.
