How long it takes and what you pay.

Made to order, so every piece adds production time on top of shipping. Total from click to door is typically 8–14 days. No subscription fees, no surprises at customs in most regions.

How it works

Everything ships from our workshop on Shelton Street in Covent Garden. We don't keep stock, when you order, Mei cuts your piece within 24 hours. Production is 3–7 business days depending on the item. Then it ships.

Most orders arrive 8–14 days after you click "buy." If you need it faster, see the express option below.

Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $75. Below that, rates by region:

Shipping is by Royal Mail Tracked for UK and EU. DHL Express for everything else. Both come with insurance and tracking on every parcel.

International customs and duties

EU customers

We charge VAT at your country's rate at checkout. The package arrives without additional duties, Stripe and our shipping partner handle the IOSS scheme for orders under €150. Orders over €150 may attract additional customs handling fees of €5–15 depending on your country.

US customers

No duties under the $800 de minimis rule. Orders under $800 (which is almost everything we sell) arrive duty-free. We've never had a customer charged at US customs for a single Casa Hush order.

Canada, Australia, rest of world

Duties may apply at the import country's discretion. We can't pre-calculate or pre-pay these, your country's customs authority determines them when the package arrives. Typical: 5–15% of order value plus a small handling fee. We're working on DDP (delivery duty paid) options but don't have them everywhere yet.

Tracking your order

When Mei finishes your piece, we email a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Royal Mail tracking updates within 24 hours of dispatch. DHL tracking updates within an hour. If a tracking number hasn't moved in 48 hours, email us, sometimes scans miss, sometimes the parcel is genuinely stuck. We'll chase the courier.

Gift wrapping

$8 for the gift wrap option at checkout. Includes a 35×40 cm linen drawstring pouch (made from atelier offcuts), a hand-written card from Mei or one of us, and a small care card.

The Ritual Set includes gift packaging at no extra charge, same linen pouch.

Address changes after ordering

If you need to change the shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email within 48 hours. After 48 hours we've usually already started cutting, and after 72 hours the address is locked into our system and the parcel is being prepared. We'll do our best, but no guarantees past 72 hours.

Returns

30 nights from delivery. Sleep on it, wash it, wear it. If it isn't right, send it back.

How to return

Refunds

Within 5 business days of us receiving the parcel at the workshop, your refund goes back to the original payment method. Stripe takes another 3–10 business days to clear the refund into your account depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you'd rather exchange than refund, tell us what you'd like instead. We cut the new piece and ship within 5 business days of receiving your return. No additional shipping charge for the exchange.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening and email us within 48 hours. We replace or refund at our cost. You don't have to return the damaged piece unless we ask.

If we sent the wrong piece, email us and we'll cut the correct one and ship at our cost. You can keep the wrong piece if you'd rather not return it. We track the mistakes, two in the past two years, both apologised for personally by Mei.

Order cancellation

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, Mei hasn't cut yet. After 24 hours, cancellation is treated as a return: we ship the piece, you return it, refund within 5 business days of receipt.
